Birdco.com offer free postage & packaging on all deliveries that come to £30 or over. On orders under that price the standard delivery cost is £3.99. If you join up to our Free Delivery service for your pet food however, then you will never have to pay delivery charges again!

We aim to deliver within 5 working days for all orders. Please note that if your order is made up of a combination of items then deliveries may be made separately. You will see this on your despatch confirmation email. If your order has taken longer than 5 working days then please Contact Us quoting your order number.
Registering at Birdco.com is quick and easy. On the Birdco.com homepage you will see a Register button at the top of the page. Simply click on this button that will take you through to a page where you can enter all your details. Finally, hit Register once you have filled in all the information and that's it – you are now free to shop! You will also be able to receive emails about our special offers once you have registered.
Our user friendly website makes it simple for our customers to shop with Birdco.com. Once you have registered with Birdco.com (see above) you can browse our website to find the pet products you want and click 'Add to Basket' on the items you want to purchase. When you have all the items you want then hit the 'View Basket' button and then 'Proceed to Checkout' and follow the instructions.
When we receive your order an Order Confirmation screen will be generated, issuing an order reference number. Please print out this page for future reference. You'll also receive an email confirming that we have received your order details. You can then find out where you order is at any stage by using the online Track and Trace service or by calling our Customer Services team.
We aim to deliver within 7 working days for all orders. However, during busy periods please allow up to 14 working days. Please also note that if your order is made up of a combination of items then deliveries may be made separately. You will see this on your despatch confirmation email.
Once logged in to change any of your registered details on Birdco.com, click on 'my account'. From here you can change your contact details under the address book and also your email address and password under 'account overview'.
If you have ordered a product from us but then decide you want to return it then you can follow this procedure. Return the product within 30 days and a full refund will be processed in accordance to your payment method. Further information can be found on our Refunds and Returns page.
